The Giver

In the novel "The Giver" by Lois Lowry Jonas lives in an almost perfect community. Every adult is assigned a job. In a family the couples are matched and are given two children, one girl and one boy. Every child has their birthday in december. All of the community fallow the book rules, if someones breaks the rules more than 3 times they are banished from the community. The children are given a life long job at the age of 12 and this upcoming december is important because Jonas is about to turn 12 and he is very anxious.        

Wild Card Post "Success"

Success is something that everyone is trying to acquire. Some people refer to success as goal they want to achieve for others it's a plan to accomplish their dreams.
For me it is somewhat both I plan to pass all of my classes and hopefully graduate in a couple years. Many people achieve success by working hard in what they want to do, others sometimes get lucky. Success is what everyone needs it is motivation that keeps everyone moving.
